🔁 Change of Mind Returns

We do accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item:

  • Is unused and in its original packaging

  • Has all original tags, accessories, and manuals

  • Is in resalable condition

Please note: Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility.

🛠️ Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you’ve received the wrong product, we’ll make it right.

We may ask you to provide:

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

In most cases, we’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

📩 How to Lodge a Return or Refund Request

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • A brief explanation of the reason for return

💸 Refunds

Once your return is approved and received (if applicable), your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank, please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear.

  • Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

  • We reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange if the returned item does not meet our return conditions.
